Part of the body stretched: Hands and forearm
Squat slightly, bending at the knees, and extend both arms straight ahead.
Clench your hands into tight fists and turn your wrists downward slightly.
Unclench your hands and relax.
When you relax, try to let the strength out of all the muscles in your arms.(Repeat once more.)
Now start moving like you want to rev your engine and get your body going.
