Extend your clasped hands forward and give your upper body a big twist to the left, stretching at the waist. Keep your arms parallel to the floor. Turn at the waist as if to look straight behind you.

Turn far to the right, and extend your waist in the opposite direction.

03

Unclasp your hands, twist your body from side to side, then relax.
