Shoulders

Put each hand on the shoulder on the same side and slowly rotate your elbows as far forward as you can.
If you can't touch your shoulders, hold your hands as close to the shoulders as you can without straining, and try rotating your elbows forward.

Rapidly rotate backward in the same way.

Relax your arms and let them dangle.
