It is an honour and a privilege to represent my dealership, country and Yamaha Motor Australia at such a prestigious event such as Yamaha World Technician Grand Prix 2018. My impression of winning my region National Tech GP shows the respect and support that Yamaha have towards the appreciation of their technician’s. It was an absolute honour to win such event in amidst of the competition that was present.

Q.What do you think is important as a technician?

The Importance of a technician? I believe the technician plays a pivotal role in a dealership, for their work not only in the work shop but also keeping up to date with all technological advancements on the product. The technician has the ability to diagnose repair and maintain motorcycles with the utmost of care.

Q.Let us know your personal goal for the WTGP2018.

My personal goal for Yamaha World Technician Grand Prix 2018 is to represent myself, my dealership and country to the best of my ability and to finish as high as possible in the standings.

I felt very happy and proud. This was an important and special competition to all of us. I am very grateful to Yamaha for providing this competitive platform for the front-line technicians.

Q.What do you think is important as a technician?

As a technician, I think the most important thing is to have rich maintenance experience and be able to solve all kinds of problems quickly and enthusiastically.

Q.Let us know your personal goal for the WTGP2018.

I am so glad to have the opportunity to attend the WTGP2018 on behalf of Chinese technicians. I hope to further improve my skill through the WTGP and provide better service for our Yamaha customers.

It was like a dream comes true for me, 2 times already I had tried, but finally I can be a representative of India.

Q.What do you think is important as a technician?

It is important to do good job that makes customers smile.

I respect Mr. Jignesh Girishkumar Rana (winner WTGP 2016) very much, so I am also targeting to become a champion.

I'm very happy to have won NTGP 2018. Of course the target of our team is to be champion, so I hardly prepare for this championship and I'm very grateful to be champion at NTGP 2018. The contest is nothing different with our daily activity, just the atmosphere that made me nervous.

Q.What do you think is important as a technician?

Technician have an important role as front line Yamaha aftersales. It is needed not only maintenance knowledge, but also skill to prime service for our customers. A technician must be trusted and reliable.

Can I really pass muster out there in the world? This is a golden opportunity to show what I'm really made of. As a representative for Indonesia, I'm going to enter the world stage with pride and fight for my place on it.

I believe I’m where I am today because of the effort I put in. Quite simply,I’m happy with it.

Q.What do you think is important as a technician?

I first get an accurate grasp of what the customer wants and of the aim of the job. I also try and think beyond just the handover upon completion of the job. I want to create a sense of satisfaction beyond what the customer expected, so work on improving myself every day, applying myself thoroughly to everything I do.

I'm going to do my best to be Number One not just in Japan, but in the world.

Winning No 1, is to be recognized as the best technician in Malaysia. It is a dream come true.

Q.What do you think is important as a technician?

I think it's important not only to have the knowledge to deal with things from every aspect, but to have the kind of passion that resonates with, and leaves its mark on, the customer.

I wish to make my family, dealership and Hong Leong Yamaha Malaysia proud.

It was such a great honor not only by winning but by being part of this prestigious competition. I was able to showcase my talent and love to my chosen career. It felt like I'm on the pinnacle of success.

Q.What do you think is important as a technician?

As a technician, we are trained to be the best that we can be to serve our customer's better. For me, communication is important for a technician. Being able to clearly communicate with a customer about their motorcycle needs in a concise, respectful and friendly manner is a key. We are dedicated to provide world class service to a world class product.

To win the top spot for WTGP2018 so that we can show the world that Yamaha Philippines together with Motorcentral lives by its ideals in providing Yamaha customers the best after service.

I think it is important to have professional knowledge and never stop studying.

ฉันได้รับรางวัลเหรียญทองจากการแข่งขันฝีมือแรงงานแห่งชาติของกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงานกระทรวงแรงงาน แต่ไม่มีโอกาสที่จะสร้างชื่อเสียงให้กับช่างเทคนิคของ Yamaha ในประเทศไทย ฉันอยากจะใช้โอกาสนี้ในการแสดงทั่วโลกประเทศไทยก็มีโอกาสที่จะชนะ
