    The motivation for challenging WTGP2012 was to get involved with Yamaha culture, and has also allowed me to develop professionally and test my skills as a technician.

    The main effort that I made was doing overtime at my regular job in order to prepare me for the contest.

    Personally it is very gratifying to have participated and gotten third place. It gives me pride in my dealership and exemplifies the quality of our service.

    From the beginning, the dealer's strategy is based on customer service. For us, the key point is good after-sales activities.

    The job becomes more gratifying when customers choose us again, demonstrating a high level of loyalty to the Yamaha brand and the dealer.
