I took part in the WTGP because it is an international contest in which I could challenge myself and improve my weaker skills to serve customers better. And I also wanted to prove that a woman can became a professional technician if she so desires, and can do it very well.
  • Q2What effort did you make to win the prize?
I took time to read again all the documents from the YTA course, acquired new knowledge from my daily job at the dealership, and took notes of all key points regarding satisfying the customer. For me, they are all necessary to bring good results.
  • Q3Were there any effects in your job after you win the prize at the WTGP? Please introduce us the episode of the positive effects to your professional attitude and others.
After WTGP, I can see clearly my weak points and also the gaps in service at my dealership. So I tried to bring my understanding and knowledge to rebuild professional SOP at my dealership.
  • Q4Let us know the activities or services your shop doing to go beyond the expectation of the customers if any.
First, I understand that learning and keeping on learning is necessary. And a person with an inquiring mind will have a good influence on others. Next, implementing SOP in the daily job is necessary and all activities must be observed to ensure quality. Finally, friendly communication with the customer can always be improved. Customer satisfaction is crucial to the existence and development of the Yamaha brand in general and our dealership in particular.
  • Q5When do you find your job rewarding.

  • Q6What do you want to challenge or be passionately at work from here on?
I have loved repairing motorcycles since I was a student. And since I was given the chance to take part in the contest, I have come to love this job even more because my dream of working in a professional environment is coming true day by day. Your confidence in me has helped to fuel my enthusiasm and respect for the technicians job.
Keep bringing up the love with Yamaha brand. Working with love, all your difficulties and challenges will become pleasures. I am doing my best to transfer my skills, experience and knowledge to other colleges to create a professional working environment at the dealership, to take good care of customers and reach all the targets.
