I got my motivation from management, the YMIS staff and my family from Day 1 of the NTGP contest.

    "Hard work and skill learning"
I have worked hard from Day 1 of my training and have tried to learn new things, many of which are not regular or standard practice in India.
  • Q3Were there any effects in your job after you win the prize at the WTGP? Please introduce us the episode of the positive effects to your professional attitude and others.
Yes, I was promoted to RSE (Regional Service Engineer) in my dealership. I am very much happy about my new roles and responsibilities.
From my time as a technician and as an RSE (Regional Service Engineer), I have been able to undertake a lot of new responsibilities related to customer satisfaction and dealer business development, and the way management and colleagues have treated me is beyond my expectations.

Currently we are a TCS Dealer. Our aim is to create customer smiles through this Time Commitments Service.
  • Q5When do you find your job rewarding.
It was a great honor for me in society and among my relatives.
Many people have congratulated me for my achievement even if they are not Yamaha customers nor even people I know, because they saw my face in newspapers and magazines.
  • Q6What do you want to challenge or be passionately at work from here on?
I want to develop all my dealership technicians so that they can participate in WTGP and motivate them in all possible ways to win the WTGP title.
  • Q7Please give a message for the 2016 WTGP participants to cheer them up.
