CELL HANDLER2 Gains Attention
on the Global Stage of Cancer Research
The Medical Device Business (MDB) Division participated in the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) Annual Meeting 2025, held in Chicago, USA from April 27 to 30, where we introduced the technological features of CELL HANDLER2.
AACR is one of the world’s leading academic conferences in oncology, covering cutting-edge advances from basic research to clinical applications. The event attracts research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and biotech firms from around the globe each year.
During the exhibition, our booth welcomed numerous researchers and technical professionals, who showed strong interest in CELL HANDLER2’s automated single-cell isolation powered by image analysis, as well as its workflow optimization features for multi-sample handling. Particular attention was given to its capability in handling spheroids*1, organoids*2, and rare cells—highlighting its technical strengths in achieving both high throughput and reproducibility.
Although no actual device was exhibited on-site, demonstration videos and a mock-up enabled us to clearly communicate practical use cases in research settings. This proved to be a valuable opportunity to explore future applications and potential collaborations.
