3. 分享您的資料

8. 可分割性

    本集團不會將您的資料揭露或提供給第三方，惟以下情形除外：

原則上，本集團基於尊重您的自由意志來蒐集您的個人資料，您並無提供您的個人資料的義務。然而，若您無法提供您的個人資料，例如電子郵件地址或電話，您可能無法使用應用服務，或是應用服務的部分功能可能無法正常運作。

5. 關於利用社群媒體登錄

部分APP可利用您現有Facebook、Google等社群媒體會員帳號實現直接登入之功能。若您使用本功能時，您將被要求開放您於該社群媒體會員帳號中所登錄之姓名、電子郵件等資訊供本集團使用。當您未勾選同意選項時，您將無法啟用前述直接登錄之功能，您可隨時從該APP中刪除您的會員帳號，或解除與該社群媒體會員帳號之連結。

又，若您欲利用該社群媒體帳號登入本APP時，該社群媒體亦可能取得您在本APP中所留下的使用紀錄等個人資料，就該社群媒體如何使用您的個人資料，本集團對此不負其責。各社群媒體供應商如何使用您的資料，請您自行確認該社群媒體供應商之隱私權政策。

6. 未成年人之個人資料處理

欲處理未成年人之個人資料時，應先取得法定代理人之同意，並依該適用法令進行必要之對應。

7. 關於Cookie

本集團所提供之APP內可能使用cookie、網路信標（beacon）及其他類似技術，以提供您更好的使用體驗並可改善應用服務。詳細資訊請參見本集團之cookie 政策。

8. 安全性

本集團已建立一個用於保護個人資料的管理架構，以防止您的資料遭受未經授權存取、遺失、損毀、竄改、洩漏等情形。本集團在組織、實體及技術安全方面採取了以下的適當措施：

  • 僅限獲授權人員基於特定目的才能存取您的資料。

為達成資料利用目的或為履行適用法律與法規所定義務，本集團會將您的資料儲存一段所需的必要期間。
