「Yamaha Motorcycle Connect」アプリケーションプライバシーポリシー

本アプリケーションプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本アプリケーションポリシー」という）は、ヤマハ発動機（以下、「当社」という）が提供するアプリケーション「Yamaha Motorcycle Connect」（以下、「本アプリケーション」という）利用するお客様（以下、お客様）という）に適用されます。本アプリケーションは、Bluetooth等の通信機器でヤマハのバイクとつながり、快適なバイクライフをサポートするアプリです。本アプリケーションポリシーの内容をご確認・ご理解の上、本アプリケーションをご利用ください。

1. 本アプリケーションで取り扱うお客様に関するデータ

当社は、本アプリケーションにおいて、以下のお客様に関するデータ（以下「利用者データ」という）を取り扱います。利用者データには、お客様の個人情報が含まれる場合があります。

  1. 本アプリケーション上でお客様が直接入力いただく情報

    本アプリケーションの利用に関連して登録する情報（電話番号、メールアドレス、性別、生年月日、国、メンテナンス情報等）

    本アプリケーションのお問い合わせ時に提供いただいた情報（名前、問い合わせ内容、連絡先等）

  2. 本アプリケーションの利用によりお客様のデバイスから取得する情報

    位置情報、加速度など各種センサーから取得する情報、

    クッキー情報

    本アプリケーションの利用履歴に関する情報、操作ログ

    お客様のデバイスに関する情報（モデル名、OSのバージョン、国コード、通信事業者コード等（問い合わせフォームから問い合わせを受けた場合））

  3. 本アプリケーションに接続した当社グループの製品に関する情報

    車両識別番号、車両の状態やエンジンの使用状況、排気ガスに関する情報、バッテリー情報等の車両に関する情報

2. 利用目的

当社は、本アプリケーションにおいて、利用者データを以下の目的で利用します。なお、以下の利用目的のために、当社が取得したデータと組み合わせて使用する可能性があります。

  • 本アプリケーションのサービス提供（それに付帯・関連する業務含む）のため
  • 品質向上・商品開発・改善を目的とした市場調査等の情報収集、および分析のため
  • 問い合わせ、ご意見、ご要望への対応のため
  • 本アプリケーションサービスの内部評価
  • マーケティング活動および分析のため
  • 当社グループに関連する製品・サービスなどに関するご案内を行うため
  • 各種イベント、キャンペーンの案内等、運営、管理および各種情報の提供のため
  • 財産と権利の保護と安全のため
  • ネットワークと情報セキュリティ対策のため
  • 法令、条例およびその他の規制などを遵守するため

3. 利用者データの提供

当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で、利用者データをお住まいの国・地域の当社の子会社、関連会社、代理店やディーラーなどの取引先や業務委託先と共有することがあります。

なお、利用目的に関わらず、利用者データを個人が特定できない形式に変換し、統計または集計データとして上述の第三者に共有することがあります。

その他、お客様の位置情報を利用したサービスの提供のため、本アプリケーションを通じて地図や天気情報サービスのプロバイダーに位置情報を提供することがあります。

当社は、グローバルに事業活動を展開しており、お客様がお住まいの国または地域と同等の個人情報の保護に関する法令等がない国または地域に利用者データを移転することがあります。利用者データの国外移転にあたり、当社は、適用される法令等が定める内容に従い適切な措置を講じます。

4. お客様の権利

当社グループでは、適用される法令で認められる範囲で、お客様の権利（アクセス権、削除権等）のご請求があった場合は、適用される法令等の定める内容に従い、誠実かつ適切に対応いたします。

本アプリケーション上で、お客様ご本人が、利用者データの一部を修正することができます。

その他利用者データの取扱いに関するご要望がありましたら、本アプリケーション内の「問い合わせフォーム」からご連絡ください。

尚、利用者データの一部若しくはすべては、適用される法令等の義務を果たすために、または、本アプリケーションの機能を適切に提供するために必要であり、当該利用者データの一部を保持する場合があることをご了解ください。

オンラインサービスプライバシーポリシーと本アプリケーションポリシーに矛盾がある場合、本アプリケーションポリシーが優先されます。

7. 本アプリケーションポリシーの改訂

本アプリケーションの仕様変更や法令変更への対応の必要性等に応じて、本アプリケーションポリシーの内容を変更、修正、追加または削除することがあります。この通知に対する変更は本アプリケーションを通じて通知されます。

8. 分離可能性

本アプリケーションポリシーのいずれかの条項がその全部または一部が無効または強制不可能となった場合でも、他の条項の有効性または強制力はこれにより影響を受けることなく、かかる無効または強制不可能な条項の趣旨や経済的利益に可能な限り近い効力を有する、有効で実施可能な条項に置き換えられたものと見なされます。

本アプリケーションポリシーの準拠言語は英語とします。英語以外の言語に翻訳されたものと英語版との間に矛盾がある場合は、英語版が優先されます。

このオンラインプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本プライバシーポリシー」という）はヤマハ発動機、その子会社および関連会社（以下、「当社グループ」という）が提供するYamaha Motor IDを利用するアプリケーションまたはウェブサイト上のオンラインサービス（以下、総称して「アプリケーション」という）を利用するお客様（以下、「お客様」という）に適用されます。

当社グループが提供するアプリケーションでは、本プライバシーポリシーに加えて、または本プライバシーポリシーとは別にお客様に関するデータの取扱いに関わる詳細な情報をお知らせする個別のアプリケーションプライバシーポリシー（以下「個別ポリシー」という）を定めている場合があります。そのようなサービスにおいて本プライバシーポリシーと個別ポリシーに矛盾がある場合、個別ポリシーが優先されます。

1. 取得するお客様に関するデータ

当社グループは、アプリケーションを利用するお客様に関するデータ（以下「利用者データ」という）を、個別ポリシーで通知したうえで、収集・利用します。利用者データには、お客様の個人情報が含まれる場合があります。

利用者データには、アプリケーション上でお客様が直接入力いただく情報、アプリケーションの利用によりお客様のデバイスから取得する情報、アプリケーションを経由して取得するお客様がお持ちの当社グループの製品に関する情報や、アプリケーション上にて発生したお客様に関する情報等が含まれます。

取得する利用者データはアプリケーションによって異なりますが、主には以下のような情報が含まれます。

2. 利用者データの利用目的

当社グループは、以下の目的のために利用者データを利用することがあります。なお、以下の目的のために、当社グループが取得した情報を組み合わせて使用する可能性があります。

  • アプリケーションサービス提供（それに付帯・関連する業務含む）のため

3. 利用者データの提供

  1. 利用者データの第三者提供について

    当社グループは、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で、利用者データを、ヤマハ発動機㈱、お客様がお住まいの国または地域の当社グループおよび代理店・ディーラー等の取引先との間で共有することがあります。

    その他、当社グループでは、以下の場合を除き、利用者データを第三者へ開示・提供することはありません。

    • 個別のサービスで通知している場合
    • お客様本人から同意を得た場合
    • 適用される法令等で定められている場合
  2. 業務委託先への提供

    当社グループは、アプリケーションをご提供するにあたり、その業務の一部を委託し、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で、業務委託先に対して利用者データを提供することがあります。お客様の個人情報の取扱いをこれらの第三者に対して委託する場合には、適用される法令等が定める内容に従い、必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。

  3. 国外への個人情報の移転

    当社グループは、グローバルに事業活動を展開しており、お客様がお住まいの国または地域と同等の個人情報の保護に関する法令等がない国または地域に利用者データを移転することがあります。利用者データの国外移転にあたり、当社グループは、適用される法令等が定める内容に従い適切な措置を講じます。

4. お客様による選択

お客様による当社グループへの利用者データの提供は、原則として、お客様の意思によって行われるものであり、お客様は利用者データを提供する義務を負っていません。しかし、利用者データをご提供いただけない場合、アプリケーションを利用できなくなる場合や、サービスの機能の一部が正しく動作しない等の不利益が生じる可能性がございます。

5. ソーシャルログインについて

一部のアプリケーションでは、FacebookやGoogle等のソーシャルメディアのアカウントを活用してログインできる機能を導入しています。お客様が当該機能を利用するにあたり、当社グループがお客様の氏名やメールアドレスを含むソーシャルメディア上のアカウント情報を利用することについて、お客様の許可を求めることがあり、お客様がかかる内容を許可した場合に限り、当該機能を活用したアプリケーションが利用可能となります。お客様は、いつでも該当するアプリケーションからアカウントを削除すること、ソーシャルメディアのお客様のアカウントからこの承認を削除することができます。

尚、アプリケーションにログインするためにソーシャルメディアのアカウントを利用する場合、アプリケーションの利用情報等のお客様の情報を、ソーシャルメディアプロバイダーが取り扱う可能性がありますが、当社グループは当該取扱いについて何らの責任を負うものではありませんのでご了承ください。各ソーシャルメディアプロバイダーが取り扱うお客様の情報等の詳細については、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

6. 子どもの個人情報の扱い
