What motivated you to take up the WTGP challenge?
For me it is a great honor to be able to take on the challenge of the WTGP. One reason I took it on was to utilize it as an opportunity to learn new skills from people from different countries. I want to emulate them and study how they satisfy their customers. This way, I believe that I can not only enhance my professional skills, but also improve customer service in Taiwan.
What effort did you make to win the National Contest?
I have been working in the motorcycle field for ages. I absorb professional knowledge from YTA and exploit my own experience to serve my customers here in Taiwan. The most important thing is that I keep a normal mindset and a calm attitude to face the challenge of the NTGP.
Let us know the activities or services your shop is doing to go beyond the expectations of the customers, if any.
Our customer service changes according to the season. In general, my team members and I always provide a free motorcycle examination and a free advisory service to satisfy our customers' expectations.
When do you find your job rewarding?
The most important thing during my work is to deal with motorcycle problems using my professional skills in order to satisfy my customers. In other words, customers trust my outstanding skills and give excellent feedback to my company. This is the happiest and the most valuable thing that I feel during my work.
What is your favorite point about Yamaha?
YAMAHA is very professional when it comes to motorcycle design. That is to say, YAMAHA always has good sense about the motorcycle market. For example, Cygnus, T-max, YZF, R1 and R6 are always the most popular motorcycles for different customer groups. This is a super-remarkable achievement and the thing I like best about YAMAHA.
What challenge do you want to take up or be passionate about in your work from here on in?
For sure, I want to further improve our customer service and make YAMAHA the customers' first choice of motorcycle brand.
What are your aspirations for the 2016 WTGP?
I will put all my effort into the challenge of this competition, and win honor for Taiwan YAMAHA as well as my company.
