4. Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction

Interpretation and application of the Terms and Conditions for use of this App conform to and shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any legal disputes related to the use of this App shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court for the first hearing, and users agree that personal jurisdiction lies with the above-mentioned Court.
