On August 22, 2015, YAMAHA CHINA hosted the 2015 National Distributor Conference Meeting and Dinner in Chongqing. The meeting was attended by all the company’s top managements. During the conference, the leadership introduced a comprehensive marketing strategy and YAMAHA’s new strategic framework.
The initiatives in the framework will cover six areas including planning, products, service, marketing, branding, and management. The new structure will link YAMAHA more closely to its customers.
