In July, Yamaha Brazil commenced a training process aimed at improving the internal sales team. The training is based on strategic planning carried out in recent months.
The main goal is to equip the sales team with a greater ability to bargain with the dealers, avoiding a situation where negotiations are focused solely on price.
Previously, the sales staff learned information about the product, but physical contact with the motorcycle was possible only at meetings with dealers. The new process enables the sales team to view the bikes first-hand, as well as offering detailed technical explanations, and presenting the marketing and communication strategies.
This initiative has received a great response from the sales team, and the process has been established as official procedure for upcoming releases and face lifts.
