In June, 60 Brazilian dealers were given the opportunity to visit Japan and the Yamaha headquarters as part of an incentive campaign called “Japan Trip”, created to reward the highest-performing dealers. The decision on which dealers to take was based on various criteria across different areas of the Yamaha business, including wholesale, retail, Yamaha Bank financial services, insurance, parts and accessories, and consortium.
During the incentive campaign period, the dealers who won a trip to Japan accounted for 45% of total sales in Brazil. This trip was a very important opportunity to keep dealers highly motivated and energized, while also giving them a chance to gain a deeper understanding of Yamaha culture and our company values.
