June 2015 is a particularly significant month for Yamaha Indonesia, because it brings the launch of five new products. These include the MT-09 and Filano, which are import products sold in Indonesia, and also the MT-25, All New Byson Fuel Injection, and NMAX. The MT-09 and Filano were first unveiled in Indonesia at the Indonesia Motorcycle Show (IMoS) in 2014, and officially released on June 1, 2015 at the Jakarta Fair.
With the arrival of the MT-09, consumers also anticipated that another member of the MT family would arrive soon. They were correct, as four days later the MT-25 was unveiled in Indonesia, its world première. Nicknamed ‘The Pure Street Naked Bike – King of Maneuverability’, the MT-25 is the fourth in the MT global series after the MT-09, MT-07, and MT-125. Yamaha Indonesia has positioned the MT-25 as part of the lineup of NakedVolution concepts for naked bikes, with the MT-09 as the premium naked bike, and New V-Ixion Advance and Byson Fuel Injection as standard naked bikes.
The Byson Fuel Injection was released on the first day of the Moslem Holy Month of Ramadhan. Nicknamed ‘The Most Aggressive Muscular Cruiser’, the bike now features fuel injection and complies with the Euro 3 standard. The Byson fuel injection model design concept is an aggressive DNA cruiser which features an aggressive muscular design and aggressive performance.
Finally, in the third week of June, a new version of the sensational NMAX was released, this time without the ABS system. This is welcome news for consumers who have hunted this 2015 Bike of The Year since it was first released in February.
