February 11, 2015
On February 11, 2015, YMVN employees organized a charity trip in Hanoi with the purpose of bringing a warmer, more meaningful Tet holiday to the underprivileged. YMVN visited the People’s Committee of Soc Son District (where the factory is located) and gave presents to the Association for the Blind, the Association for Disabled People, and the special school for children with disabilities.
The trip was part of the corporate social responsibilities of YMVN during the Lunar New Year. Notably, all money and gifts for this trip have been raised from the donations of YMVN employees themselves. Although the contributions could not make any substantial differences, we hope that this empathy and sharing of spirit will make the lives of the underprivileged less difficult during the national Tet holiday.
