Major casting methods

  • Gravity Die-Casting

    Molten metal flows into the model due to its weight and solidifies. It is suitable for functional parts such as wheels and frames for which strength is required.

  • Low-pressure Die-Casting

    Molten metal is pushed up softly by compressed air to pour into the mold. It is suitable for functional parts such as cylinder heads for which high accuracy and strength are required.

  • High-pressure Die-Casting

    Molten metal (melted metal) is pressed into the mold at a high pressure and cooled down. It features high accuracy and high productivity and is suitable to produce various products such as engine parts.
