Families at the Factory: Special 50th Anniversary Edition of Incolmotos Yamaha
On June 26, we celebrated a special edition of Families at the Factory as part of the commemoration of Incolmotos Yamaha’s 50th anniversary, an experience that allowed us to open our doors to employees’ family members.
Visitors toured iconic spaces that reflect our history, purpose, and vision for the future. At the Administrative Building and the Communication Plaza, they learned about the evolution of Yamaha and Incolmotos Yamaha, as well as some of the brand’s most representative models in Colombia. At the EcoPark, they discovered our commitment to sustainability and harmony with nature while sharing special moments in an environment designed to promote well-being.
At the Production Plant, families had the opportunity to witness firsthand the talent, dedication, and teamwork that make the manufacturing of our motorcycles possible. Finally, at the Training and Development Center, they learned how we strengthen technical knowledge and develop the talent that drives our future.
More than just a tour, this experience reinforced the pride of belonging to an organization built by people whose stories and contributions have been essential throughout these five decades.
Families at the Factory reminds us that our work goes beyond results, we build a legacy, create well-being, and share the spirit of Kando with those who are part of our story. Because after 50 years, we continue moving forward together, inspired by the people who bring purpose to our lives every day.
