On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2026, and under the theme “Give & Gain,” the concept goes beyond simply giving—it’s about creating value, fostering growth, and achieving shared success for everyone in the organization.

Thai Yamaha Motor (TYM) launched an inspiring internal activity to celebrate teamwork, collaboration, and fresh perspectives on work among employees. As part of the initiative, Employees were invited to submit a photo of someone who has made a meaningful impact on their daily work—someone who has shared knowledge, offered guidance, or opened doors to new opportunities, helping them grow both personally and professionally. This activity highlighted the power of support, recognition, and the positive ripple effect one person can have on another.

The event also featured experience-sharing sessions with Mrs. Ubonwan Kittikan, Senior General Manager of Production Planning, Control & Engineering, and Miss Rujirach Hongthong, Senior General Manager of Accounting & Finance. Both executives emphasized that “Give” begins with trust, opportunities, and the willingness to share knowledge and experiences. By empowering team members—especially the younger generation—to learn, take responsibility, and grow, individuals can discover their full potential while strengthening the team as a whole. In return, “Gain” encompasses not only successful outcomes but also the long-term growth, stability, and shared success of the organization.
