India Yamaha Motor successfully conducted The Global Yamaha Way Train the Trainer (TTT) Program held during September 23 – 25, 2025, marking the beginning of an important new chapter. As a key step in implementing this initiative in India, the workshop offered the Yamaha Way Ambassadors an opportunity to understand various elements of an effective ‘Yamaha Way’ workshop, guidelines to enhance the facilitation skills, and finally share their learnings with the fellow members.

During the program, the ambassadors got opportunity to showcase different facets of The Global Yamaha Way through interactive discussions, role plays, and case studies. They also received constructive feedback from visiting YMC experts, Mr. Takahashi Isao and Ms. Godzisz Donna. Simultaneously, the sessions served as a refresher offering deeper understanding of The Global Yamaha Way in Marketing in Sales – Shared Values, and Knowledge Management.

The workshop was structured over three days: day one focused on the foundation of Purpose, Principles, and People; day two emphasized Knowledge Management; and day three featured Teach & Learn sessions, concluding with a recap of Shared Values and Knowledge Management.

The collaborative environment encouraged open dialogue, exchange of ideas, and discussions on India-specific case studies. Participants also shared innovative engagement approaches, enhancing the overall learning experience. By the end of the program, ambassadors emerged more creative, committed, and ready to lead the implementation of The Global Yamaha Way across Yamaha Motor India Group of Companies.

Earlier, from June 10 – 12, 2025, a group of 20 professionals from various companies, divisions, and designations were handpicked by management to understand the concept of The Global Yamaha Way and become ambassadors for India.
