IYM’s Dealer Trip 2025: A Scandinavian Journey of Learning and Celebration

As part of its ongoing efforts to promote a customer-first approach across its network, India Yamaha Motor (IYM) organized the Dealer Trip 2025 to the Scandinavian countries. This initiative brought together top-performing dealers from each region in India, offering them an opportunity to engage in immersive learning while experiencing the rich culture and innovation of the Nordic region.

A key highlight of the journey was the celebration of the 70th Yamaha Day, where dealers came together to honour Yamaha’s global legacy and reaffirm their shared commitment to Kando - the deep satisfaction and joy Yamaha aims to deliver to every customer. Interactive sessions during the trip encouraged dealers to reflect on their current practices and chart out future actions with a clear focus on enhancing customer value.

The visit to the Oodi Library in Helsinki served as a powerful learning experience, showcasing how thoughtfully designed spaces can foster stronger human connections. It inspired dealers to think beyond products and focus on building experiences that resonate with customers' lives.

Alongside learning, the trip also included cultural exploration and team bonding—through a Baltic Cruise, kayaking, a Nature Walk in Suomenlinna, and a visit to the ABBA Museum in Stockholm.

With fresh insights and strengthened motivation, IYM’s dealer partners return ready to translate their Scandinavian experience into meaningful, customer-centric actions -delivering Kando in every interaction.
