Yamaha Way Day 2025
Greetings, Global Yamaha Members!
We are delighted to share the highlights of our recent global event, Yamaha Way Day, held on February 26th.
The primary objective of this event was to promote Yamaha Way Instillation through sharing Successful Stories and Progress at each distributor.
We offer our sincere gratitude to the six companies that contributed significantly by sharing their MiS activities. The number of participants saw a notable increase compared to last year, with 33 individuals from 15 countries joining the event.
The feedback received from the post-event survey aligns closely with the purpose of Yamaha Way Day. We observed a significant increase in participants' perception of the benefits of MiS activities, their willingness to recommend these activities to colleagues, and their appreciation for establishing a global network for knowledge exchange.
Participants were inspired by the productive teamwork and strong commitment demonstrated by the presenting countries. In upcoming editions of Team Yamaha News, we will delve deeper into the MiS activities featured during Yamaha Way Day.
Additionally, we have identified specific areas that participants expressed interest in exploring further:
• Implementing Yamaha Way in daily jobs and measuring success
• Annual Maturity Index evaluation
• Successfully organizing an NMSM
• Facilitator training programs
• Impact of Teach & Learn on business process
The feedback conveyed by participants substantiated the event's success in aligning with the core objectives of Yamaha Way Day.
We extend our deepest appreciation to the presenting companies, participants, and MiS ambassadors, whose active engagement continues to propel the success of MiS activities within each company.
We thank you all for your continuous support and steadfast commitment to the Global Yamaha Way.
