Yamaha Motor Vietnam Introduced Development Orientation with Three New Motorcycles
On September 22nd, 2022- Yamaha Motor Vietnam officially introduced its new development orientation in the Vietnamese market - bringing new experiences and lifestyles to the customers, especially Gen Z. Under the theme "The New Age of Connection", Yamaha Motor Vietnam aims to create a connection between the Yamaha brand and young customers as well as that between people and motorcycles through the smartphone application Y-Connect on new products, including the all-new Yamaha Grande 2022, the Yamaha R15 and the new colors NVX 2022.
Y-Connect
In order to achieve that, Yamaha Motor Vietnam proudly introduces the Y-Connect application, which helps connect users to Yamaha's motorcycles. Y-Connect is a smartphone application aimed at young, dynamic Gen Z customers who are citizens of the digital age. Y-Connect is applied to current Yamaha products such as NMAX, NVX, XMAX, TMAX, NEO'S, R15, Grande, and many more products to come.
All-New Yamaha Grande 2022 – “Timeless Beauty Shines”
First launched in 2014, Yamaha Grande has gone viral as a pioneering product line of Yamaha applying the Blue Core engine, opening a trend for high-end scooters. With the 2022 launch this time, Yamaha Motor Vietnam introduces to Vietnamese consumers the all-new Yamaha Grande model, with the design concept based on the message "Timeless beauty shines". The Grande 2022 design inherits the previous elegance and modernity with graceful curves running along the body, delivering timeless beauty in 03 styles: Vigorous, Glamorous, and Elegance.
The Blue Core Hybrid 125 engine provides optimal performance and super fuel saving with the consumption of 1.66 liters/100km, maintaining its position as the No. 1 fuel-efficient scooter in Vietnam. Electric power assist system (Hybrid) will activate and increase traction for the engine in up to 3 seconds after the vehicle runs. In addition, the scooter is also equipped with utilities such as Smart Key, ABS brake, Stop and start system, Y-Connect, etc.
YAMAHA R15 – “King of Circuit”
Following Yamaha's sporty DNA, in 2022 Yamaha R15 is a completely new generation of small displacement racing bikes, inheriting the technology of racing legends YZR-M1 and YZF-R1. Imported CBU from Indonesia, the R15 and R15M 2022 versions are mainly targeted at young males who have a modern and dynamic lifestyle, love sports bikes, and are passionate about speed sports.
R15V4 is equipped with outstanding features including the 2-channel ABS, TCS traction control system, and Quick shifter technology.
NVX155 2022 in New Colors
Targeting young customers who love sport scooters with a sense of pride and the desire to declare their own style, the NVX 155 VVA scooter offers a perfect driving experience with the following elements: New power (Blue Core 155cc VVA engine), New Connection (Smart Y-Connect App), New bravery (New design, bold sports personality).
At this year's launch, the Yamaha NVX 155 VVA retains the same design and features and add completely new outstanding colors to keep up with the fashion trends and style of young customers.
