

METI Selects Yamaha for "White 500" in 2021
for Outstanding Health & Productivity Management
Yamaha Motor Company was recognized as one of the "White 500" enterprises (*1) on March 1st by the Nippon Kenko Kaigi within Japan’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Promoting the health awareness of business organizations(*2), the Nippon Kenko Kaigi conducts the "Health & Productivity Management Organizations Recognition Program" and selects 500 outstanding organizations engaging in health and productivity management as the "White 500" enterprises.
YMC exists as "the Kando Creating Company." Delivering kando to others requires all employees to be full of vigor and excitement. Health is the foundation to achieve this goal.
Under the Yamaha Motor Health Declaration, Yamaha Motor Group will continue to work together with its workforce to promote better physical and mental health for each Yamaha Motor employee.
