Traffic Safety Workshop for Elementary School Children in Vietnam

September 2017 | YMVN

YMVN has been hosting traffic safety workshops for elementary school children in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh since September as the new school year began.

The workshop focuses on raising awareness of safety by talking about how to detect a dangerous situation, how to wear a helmet properly, and what they should be aware of when they ride a motorcycle in tandem with their parents. The lecturers encourage students’ participation in the Q-and-A formatted workshop, with visual aids used to keep the students interested and help them clearly understand the topic.

A total of 23 traffic safety workshops are scheduled through December. YMVN will continue its efforts in raising awareness of traffic safety in order to reduce traffic accidents in Vietnam.
