Training for Next-generation Service Managers Kicks Off
A 5-month-long training program organized by Service Division, which aims to foster the next generation of Service Managers, kicked off at YMC with trainees from Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, China, Taiwan, and France.In the training in Japan, the trainees will learn services with the help of associated departments.
This will also be a great opportunity for the trainees to experience Japanese culture. The program is sure to foster managers who will lead the next-generation services in their respective countries.
