Yamaha Tops at 2017 Bangkok International Motor Show

2017 marked the 38th year of the Bangkok International Motor Show, and what a great show it was for Yamaha, having sold or reserved 1,151 units, the most of any brand at this year’s show. Yamaha’s “Beyond the Limits” booth was visited by many excited enthusiasts who reserved such models as the QBIX, YZF-R6, M-SLAZ, AEROX and MT-09.

The hottest brands for the 2017 Motorcycle zone are as follows:

The most popular brand was Yamaha with 1,151 units. QBIX and YZF-R6 were the most popular models.
In second place was Kawasaki with 575 units.
Honda was third with 450 units.
In fourth was Motoplex with 369 units.
In fifth was BMW with 237 units.
In sixth was GPX with 234 units.
In seventh was Suzuki with 200 units.
In eighth was Triumph with 188 units.
In ninth was Harley Davidson with 178 units.
In tenth was Ducati with 174 units.
In eleventh was Royal Enfield with 168 units.
And finally, Scomadi with a respectable 118 units.
