B. The Estimated Volume and Collection Frequency of Generated Data
200 byte of data per 0.1 second.

Your motorcycle and the Y-TRAC Application is capable of generating data only during the time that the Y-TRAC Application is connected to your motorcycle via your smart device. To the extent that such connection is available, your motorcycle and the Y-TRAC Application is capable to generate data continuously and in real-time.

Your motorcycle and the Y-TRAC Application is capable of storing the data on a remote server. The data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the stated purpose(s) of use (as provided in “3. Purpose of Use” of this Privacy Policy) and/or as required by laws.

The data holder is Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd., located in Japan (“we”, “us” or “our”).

We expect to use readily available data, and the purposes for the use of data is as provided in “3. Purpose of Use” of this Privacy Policy.

We may share your data with our subsidiaries, affiliates and counterparties (such as distributors and dealers) in your country or region and contractors within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use (“3. Purpose of Use”). Regardless of the purpose of use, your data will be converted into a form where the individual is unable to be identified, and then shared with the third parties mentioned above, as statistical or aggregated data.

Some functions utilize location information. If you use these functions, your location information may be shared to the map and/or weather application service provider through Y-TRAC Application.

If any, all trade secrets contained in the data accessible or generated from the motorcycle or the Y-TRAC Application, is held by us.
