Yamaha Motorcycle Connectアプリケーション　プライバシーに関する通知

ヤマハ発動機株式会社（以下「当社」といいます）が提供する「Yamaha Motorcycle Connectアプリケーション」（以下「Y-Connectアプリケーション」といいます）は、ヤマハのバイクをお持ちのお客様に、Bluetooth機能を利用してヤマハのバイクと接続し、バイクでの新しい旅の楽しみ方を提供するものです。

このYamaha Motorcycle Connectアプリケーション プライバシーに関する通知（「アプリケーション通知」）は、お客様がY-Connectアプリケーションを使用する際に収集され、取扱いされるデータに適用されます。現地の法律により要求される通知は、国別のセクションに記載されています。

Y-Connectアプリケーションのご利用には、Yamaha Motor IDの登録が必要です。これについては、別途プライバシーに関する通知（Yamaha Motor ID プライバシーに関する通知）で管理されており、アプリケーション通知の下に記載されています。なお、「アプリケーション通知」と「Yamaha Motor IDプライバシーに関する通知」が抵触する場合は、「アプリケーション通知」が優先されます。

アプリケーション通知は、スマートフォンの言語に準拠しています。この「アプリケーション通知」の正式な言語は英語です。

1. 当社が収集するお客様に関する情報

当社は、お客様に関する以下のデータ（以下「お客様データ」といいます）を取り扱います。これにはお客様の個人情報が含まれる場合があります。

  1. Y-Connectアプリケーションに直接入力したデータ

    Y-Connectアプリケーションをご利用いただくためにご登録いただくデータ（Yamaha Motor IDのログイン情報、パスワード情報など）

    Y-Connectアプリケーションに関するお問い合わせのためにご提供いただいたデータ（氏名、連絡先、お問い合わせ内容等）

    任意で提供いただいた情報（プロフィール写真、写真、性別、緊急連絡先、車両メンテナンス情報、ディーラー情報など）

  2. Y-Connectアプリケーションを通じてスマートデバイスから取得したデータ

    ロケーション情報

    車両の加速度情報など各種センサーから取得したデータ

    Y-Connectアプリケーションの使用履歴、操作ログ

    お問い合わせの際のスマートデバイスのデータ（モデル名、OSバージョン、国コード、キャリアコードなど）

  3. Y-Connectアプリケーションに接続されたオートバイに関するデータ　これには以下が含まれます：

    車両識別番号、車両状態およびエンジン性能データ、燃料噴射および排出ガス関連データ、バッテリー情報。

  4. 車両のメンテナンスに関してディーラーを通じて入手したデータ　これには以下が含まれます：

    エンジンオイル交換のために訪れたディーラー(この機能が利用できるかどうかは地域によって異なります）。

Y-Connectアプリケーションを通じて取得したデータは、お客様が当社グループに提供された個人情報、第三者（ソーシャルログイン利用時のソーシャルメディアプロバイダー等）を通じて提供された情報、および当社グループの商品・サービスを通じて提供された情報と組み合わせ、「3.利用目的」の範囲内で利用することがあります。

2. 取扱いの法的根拠

Y-Connectアプリケーションをご利用いただくには、Y-Connectアプリケーション利用規約およびアプリケーション通知をご確認いただき、ご同意いただく必要があります。Y-Connectアプリケーションを通じて取得されたお客様のデータの取扱いは、この同意に基づいて行われるものとします。

3. 利用目的

当社は、以下の目的でお客様データを取扱いします：

  1. お客様とのコミュニケーションのため

    Y-Connectアプリケーションを正常に機能させるため

    お客様からのお問い合わせ、ご要望、苦情への対応

    コンテスト、イベント、プロモーションに関する情報の提供、およびこれらの活動の管理

    当社の規約、条件、ポリシーの変更などの情報の共有

    車両が事故に巻き込まれた場合、登録された緊急連絡先に通知すること。

    お客様データに関する権利要求への対応（「9.お客様の権利」参照）

    新商品・サービスの研究開発、販売促進

    既存のサービスや機能の改善や修正

    Y-Connectアプリケーションの提供（補足および関連サービスを含む）

    電子メール、SMS、Y-Connectアプリケーション、その他ご提供いただいた連絡先情報を用いた、マーケティングや広告を含む 当社グループに関する新商品・サービスに関する情報提供

Y-Connectアプリケーションを通じて取得されたデータは、お客様が当社グループに直接提供された情報、第三者（ソーシャルログインを利用する際のソーシャルメディアプロバイダーなど）から提供された情報、および／またはお客様が当社グループの製品およびサービスを通じて提供された情報と組み合わされる場合があります。これらは、上記の利用目的を達成するために利用されます。

4. 保管期間

当社は、明示された利用目的（以下「3.利用目的」といいます）の達成に必要な期間、および/または法令で定められた期間、お客様の個人情報を保管します。

5. お客様データの共有

5-1.一般

当社は、利用目的（以下「3.利用目的」といいます）の達成に必要な範囲内において、お客様の国または地域の当社の子会社、関連会社、取引先（販売店、代理店等）および業務委託先とお客様データを共有することがあります。利用目的にかかわらず、お客様データは、個人を識別できない形式に変換した上で、統計的または集計的なデータとして、上記の第三者と共有いたします。

位置情報を利用する機能があります。これらの機能をご利用の場合、Y-Connectアプリケーションを通じて、お客様の位置情報が地図・天気アプリサービスプロバイダに提供される場合があります。当社が利用するサービスには、Googleが提供するGoogle Maps が含まれます。

5-2.　Google's Terms and Privacy Policy

When you navigate with Google Maps using Y-Connect app, Google collects navigation data, such as GPS location and the route you took, to improve Google Maps for everyone. This data may be used to make information, including real-time traffic conditions and disruptions, visible to others and help them find the best route. These updates to the map won't be associated with your Google Account or device. Google's Terms and Privacy Policy apply.

Y-Connect app may also collect and use this data. Please refer to Y-Connect app Terms and Privacy Policy for more information.

6. 個人情報の海外移転について

当社は、グローバルに事業活動を展開しており、お客様の個人情報を、お客様が居住国または地域と同等の個人情報保護法規制を有しない国または地域に転送する場合があります。お客様データを海外に移転する場合には、適用される法令等の定めに従い、適切な措置を講じます。

7. ソーシャルメディア・ログイン機能

Y-Connectアプリケーションには、GoogleやAppleの情報を使ってログインすることができます。その際、名前やメールアドレスなど、GoogleやAppleのアカウント情報を使用する許可をいただく必要があります。お客様はいつでもY-Connectのサービスからアカウントを削除し、ソーシャルメディアアカウントの設定から共有の承認を取り消すことができます。

お客様がY-Connectアプリケーションにログインするためにソーシャルメディアアカウントを使用する場合、ソーシャルメディアプロバイダは、Y-Connectアプリケーションの使用など、お客様に関するデータを取扱いすることがあります。当社は、そのようなお客様データ取扱いについて責任を負いません。各ソーシャルメディアプロバイダーによって取扱いされるお客様に関するデータの詳細については、各ソーシャルメディアプロバイダーのプライバシーポリシーを参照してください。

8. 子どもの個人情報の取り扱いについて

当社は、お子様の個人情報を取得する場合、親権者等の法定代理人の同意を得る等、適用される法令等に従い必要な措置を講じます。

9. セキュリティ

当社は、個人情報保護の重要性を認識しております。個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏洩等を防止するための管理体制を確立しています。組織的、物理的、技術的に適切な安全管理措置を講じます：

  • 社内方針と管理体制を確立し、定期的なモニタリングを実施
  • 機器に必要なセキュリティ対策を実施し、お客様データへのアクセスを許可された担当者のみに制限
  • アクセス制限、マルウェア対策、データ送受信時の暗号化
  • 社内規程に秘密保持に関する事項を定め、定期的に役員・従業員への研修を実施
  • 関係国・地域の法令に基づき、適切なセキュリティ対策を実施
  • データ事故発生時の二次被害・再発防止策の検討・実施

個人情報の漏えい等の事故が発生した場合には、事実関係、原因等を調査し、適切な二次被害防止策、再発防止策を講じるなど、適切に対応いたします。

10. お客様の権利

当社は、お客様がご自身のデータについて、知る権利、アクセスする権利、訂正する権利、移転する権利、取扱いを制限する権利、および削除する権利を有していることを認識します。当社は、お客様の権利の行使に対し、適用される法令等の定めに従い、誠実かつ適切に対処します。

お客様は、Y-Connectアプリケーションを通じて、お客様データの一部を修正することができます。その他、お客様データ取扱いに関するご要望がございましたら、Y-Connectアプリケーションのお問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。

当社は、適用される法令等に基づく義務を履行するために、お客様データの一部または全部を保有する必要があることにご留意ください。さらに、お客様が登録された関連サービスを提供するために、お客様データの一部または全部が必要となる場合があり、お客様のご要望にお応えできない場合があります。

当社の対応にご満足いただけない場合、お客様は、適用される法律および規制に従って、お客様の国または地域の担当データ保護当局に苦情を申し立てる権利を有します。

11. アプリケーション通知の変更

当社は、Y-Connectアプリケーションの仕様の変更および適用される法令等の改正等により、アプリケーション通知を変更、改訂、追加または削除することがあります。お客様の権利及び自由に重大な影響を与えるアプリケーション通知の変更は、Y-Connectアプリケーションを通じてお客様に通知します。

  • If the customer requested in advance to receive notification by means of online posting, etc.

We will provide your personal location information with a third party as follow:

ii. Your Rights

Where we are using your information on the basis of your consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time. We will retain your data (including personal location information) for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We will destroy your personal information without delay once it is no longer necessary, either because the relevant retention period has expired or the purpose(s) for which it was collected has been achieved. If saved in electronic form, the personal information will be destroyed by technical methods which ensure that the data cannot be restored or recovered thereafter.

In each case, your personal data must be protected safely at a level of security equivalent to that used for its protection within the EEA. この機能を使用する場合、ソーシャルメディアプロバイダーは、該当するサービスの利用など、お客様に関連する情報を取扱いすることがあります。当社グループは、お客様データの取扱いについて責任を負いません。各ソーシャルメディアプロバイダーによって取扱いされるお客様に関する情報の詳細については、各ソーシャルメディアプロバイダーのプライバシーポリシーを参照してください。

8. 子どもの個人情報の取り扱いについて

当社グループは、お子様の個人情報を取得する場合、親権者等の法定代理人の同意を得る等、適用される法令等に従い必要な措置を講じます。

当社グループは、お客様の情報への不正アクセス、紛失、破壊、改ざん及び漏洩等を防止するための管理体制を確立しております。組織的、物理的、技術的に適切な安全管理措置を講じます：
