Representing all shapes with data

In NC (Numerical Control) machining, the base shapes are all represented with data. If you do not have 3D CAD, we will create 3D data from 2D drawings and sketches.
Handling large molds with divided processing technology

With our large 5-axis machine, we can put together a mold of any large size using our divided processing technology, with high-precision machining. Our experienced staff members create CAM data that allows efficient cutting work, to deliver the product with quick turnaround.
Ample equipment for precise machining

Yamaha Motor Company keeps updating its equipment as its NC machining system moves forward. Current equipment includes a woodworking machine (machining size: L2.4m x W1.2m x H0.15m), a 3-axis processing machine (machining size: L10m x W2m x H2.5m), and a 5-axis processing machine (L12m x W5m x H3m).

Our large 5-axis machine is capable of machining 5 axes at the same time, can even machine complex shapes, and saves work in flipping and dividing. This helps speed delivery. While there are some constraints from the size of the machining heads, it can also machine sections that have an undercut on a projection axis all at once. With these machining capabilities, the subtle expression and smooth surface finish your design requires can become a reality.
