Our Exult 36 salon cruiser calls attention with its flowing body form and smooth movement. Our advanced 3D molding technology brings artistry, engineering, and machining data production together to unite style and performance.

STEP.1

Forming the general shape with wood joinery

Using the frames cut out by our woodworking NC, we put together half of the hull and form the general shape. The hull is divided into left and right in order to create an elegant design and to fulfill the requirements for outstanding performance.

From rough machining to finish machining

We spray urethane foam onto the timberwork hull and then rough-machine it with NC to bring it closer to its final shape. After machining the urethane, we spray on putty which will form a surface material with high hardness, and then we finish it to bring out the final shape of the male mold.

Forming the female mold

We apply sealant to the finished putty surface and create the base for forming the female mold. Then we spray on a gelcoat which will ultimately be the surface material of the female mold. This process determines the quality of the female mold. We then laminate the hardened gelcoat with glass fiber impregnated with polyester resin to form our FRP female mold.

STEP.4

Reinforcement, finishing, completion, and combination

We reinforce the laminated female mold from behind. We put wheels on the female mold and separate it from the male, and then we enter the final polishing process. Once this is done, we join it with the opposite-side female mold and check that the measurements are correct and there is no warpage.
