Yamaha is developing dealer staff training program worldwide based on its unique unified world standards
so that customers can get uniform and high-quality services from any Yamaha dealer in the world.
This program consists of two parts which are the YTA (Yamaha Technical Academy) that focuses on service and maintenance,
and the YPA (Yamaha Parts & Accessories Academy) that focuses on genuine Yamaha parts and accessories.

About Yamaha Technical Academy (YTA)

YTA is for the technician who services your beloved vehicle to acquire a high level of technical skills and related knowledge. This also aims to train technician that can support your experiences reliably and provide easy-to-understand explanations tailored to each and every customer.

About Yamaha Parts & Accessories Academy (YPA)

YPA is the one where parts and accessory staff learns an advantage of genuine parts, knowledge for accessories that bring additional value to your Yamaha and maintenance items that contribute long life of the vehicle.
