Using sand cores for low-pressure casting and gravity casting of aluminum has made it possible to cast hollow aluminum frame parts. The AC4CH material used in these frames is the same alloy used for our wheels. While augmenting strength and reliability, these parts also contribute to reducing a motorcycle's weight and improving chassis rigidity.
