Motorsports Racing is very pleased to announce its support of local Georgia resident Sonya Lloyd and her quest for glory in the 2024 MotoAmerica Twins Cup competition. Sonya is currently attending the University of Georgia and plans to graduate this Spring with a degree in Biological Engineering with further plans to enter an MBA program in 2025. In her “spare time,” Sonya is competing with her Giaccmoto Yamaha Racing YZF-R7 where she finished a very respectable 12^th place in both Race One and Two at the season-opening round at Daytona International Speedway a few weeks ago. Assisting Sonya in her efforts is Team Principal Chuck Giacchetto and Sonya’s dad, David, who manages the data acquisition duties as well as fatherly moral support. Watch for Sonya as she competes at the next round of the MotoAmerica Twins Cup series scheduled for April 19^th-21^st at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.
