We are excited to share the highlights of our recent global activity, the 3rd Yamaha Way Day, held on February 29th.

The primary objective of this event was to reinforce the Global Yamaha Way across our diverse network.We were thrilled to have a total of 6 companies presenting their MiS activities, with 12 participating companies joining us for this enlightening occasion. A heartfelt thank you to all the presenters for their valuable contributions!

The feedback we received from the post-event survey was incredibly encouraging. We noted a nearly doubled satisfaction rate compared to 2023, indicating a growing engagement among distributors in MiS activities. It's evident that participants found immense value and practical insights during Yamaha Way Day. Participants were particularly inspired by the innovative approaches showcased by each presenting company. In the upcoming editions of Team Yamaha News, we will delve deeper into the MiS Activities featured during Yamaha Way Day.

Additionally, we have identified specific areas that participants expressed interest in exploring further:
・Implementing practical activities to strengthen shared values
・Understanding the maturity index
・Facilitator training sessions
・Accessing a global knowledge library

The takeaway messages shared by participants underscored the success of our event in aligning with the core objectives of Yamaha Way Day.
