(Tokyo: 7272) hereby announces that, at the Board of Directors meeting on August 6, 2020, the Company has determined to revise the forecast consolidated business results for the fiscal year ending December 2020, which was undecided at the announcement on April 24, 2020, and to revise the forecast for the end-of-term dividends announced on May 29, 2020.

The financial forecast was not decided due to difficulties to reasonably calculate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the Group, however, we can announce an earnings forecast based on currently available estimates.
