This Section will be repositioned under the Mobility Technology Center.

3.Advanced Technology Center

The Advanced Technology Center will be reorganized to strengthen technology development and synergies between regions.

In order to strengthen synergies between regions in the mobility service business, the New Value Business Development Division of Motorcycle Business Operations will be transferred to the New Venture Business Development Section and renamed the MSB (Mobility Service Business) Division.
To strengthen the development of low-speed mobility technology and increase synergies, the Low Speed Mobility Division of the New Venture Business Development Section will be transferred to the Research & Development Section.

9.Motorcycle Business Operations

In order to create lifelong customers as a business growth engine through integrated marketing that combines 3S (main unit sales, spare parts, and service) functions, current business divisions will be progressively dissolved and systems built that can quickly formulate, make decisions, and give instructions regarding overall strategies.

In order to build a differentiated brand through the creation of value provided to customers, we will reorganize the cross-trade functions of the Marketing Planning Division of the 1st Business Unit, along with the product planning functions of the Product Strategy Division of the Total Strategy Section etc., and newly establish these as the Global Branding Section.
In order to provide a seamless customer experience and create lifelong customers by 3S integration, the Advanced Countries Sales Division of the 1st Business Unit, the Southeast & East Asia Sales Division and the Emerging Countries Sales Division of the 2nd Business Unit, the Service Division of the Customer Quality Section of the CS Center, and the Domestic and Overseas Sales Divisions of the After Sales Section of the CS Center are to be reorganized. These will then be positioned as the 3S Southeast & East Asia Section, the 3S Advanced Countries Section, and the 3S Emerging Countries Section.
This aims to reduce organizational layers for faster decision making.

10.Marine Business Operations

In accordance with the expansion of the business area using FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics), the Pool Business Development Section will be renamed the FRP Business Development Section.

The Sales Division in the Pool Business Development Section will also be renamed the Pool Sales Division.

11.Solution Business Operations

In order to achieve growth in both the completed model businesses and E-kits centered on DU (Drive Units), some functions of the Marketing Division of the Smart Power Vehicle Business Unit will be reorganized into related departments. In accordance with this, the Marketing Division will be renamed the Sales Division.

We plan to increase the integration and efficiency of the E-Bike businesses (E-kits, completed models) by unifying the location of sales, planning, and procurement functions that were dispersed among the Marketing Division and Business Planning Division under the Smart Power Vehicle Business Unit.
