Yamaha Motor is title sponsor for the "IPC World Cup Alpine Skiing for the Disabled 2006 Shigakogen"

Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. (YMC) is proud to announce that it will serve as title sponsor for the "IPC World Cup Alpine Skiing for the Disabled 2006 Shigakogen" competition to be held in Nagano Prefecture's Shigakogen area from Jan. 29 (Sun.) to Feb. 1 (Wed.), 2006.
The "IPC World Cup Alpine Skiing for the Disabled 2006 Shigakogen" is organized by the NPO Ski Association of Japan for the Disabled with the cooperation of the Japan Sports Association for Disabled and the Japan Paralympic Committee and it is the first time that an International Paralympics Committee Alpine Skiing for the Disabled (IPC-ASD) event is to be held in Japan.
This event is expected to attract about 180 competitors and officials from 20 countries.

YMC is a company that cooperates in the development of chair skis and also manufactures and markets electric wheelchairs. In our booth at the 32nd International Home Care & Rehabilitation Exhibition held at the Tokyo Big Sight (Koto Ward, Tokyo) from Sept. 27 (Tue.) ~ 29 (Thur.) we display panels, etc., introducing our support of this IPC World Cup.
