こちらでは、LEXUS LFA共同開発プロジェクトで実現した、量産モデル用エンジンのコックピットサウンドを体験していただけます。 あるときは優雅に、そしてあるときはエキサイティングでダイレクトなサウンドにつつまれながら意のままのドライビングを楽しんでもらいたい。そのための音づくりを、音のプロフェッショナルであるヤマハ株式会社の参加により実現しました。量産モデルのLFAでは、エンジンサウンドの中高音域、低音域を異なる経路の伝達機構によって導入し、立体的かつ厚みのあるサウンドをドライバーに届けます。まるでライブハウスにいるかのような臨場感をお楽しみください。また、吸気音を放射させるサージタンクのレイアウト・構造・形状などを最適化することで独自のサウンドキャラクターを創り出しています。繊細なスロットル操作とエンジン回転数に表情豊かに反応するサウンドをお楽しみいただけます。LFAが奏でる素晴らしい3分間の演奏を、ドライバーになった気持ちでぜひご体感ください。

Here you can experience the cockpit sounds of the production model engine realized with the LEXUS LFA joint development project. Elegant or exciting, you are surrounded by direct sound that makes your driving more enjoyable. Audio professionals from YAMAHA CORPORATION helped to create this spectacular aural experience. For the production model LFA, different circuits are used for the medium-and high-pitched engine sounds and for the low-pitched sounds, resulting in a 3-dimensional aural experience for the driver. It sounds so real that it's just like being at a live performance. The layout, shape and construction of the surge tank that produces the intake sounds were specially designed to produce a unique sound character. The delicate sounds of throttle operation and engine rpm are expressed richly for your enjoyment.
