An ideal line for manufacturing memory devices such as DDR and SSD has been achieved by combining with the YSM20R/WR.

  • Ideal production line can be configured by using both the ultra-high speed YSM40R and high-speed multi-function YSM20R/WR for PCBs containing a mix of massive quantities of chips and tray components.
  • On PCBs with a mix of chips and IC, achieves high speed production by mounting with the YSM40R, and for mounting of medium to large components with the YSM20R/WR.
  • Using traversers makes maximum use of the high productivity of the Dual Lane YSM40R, and allows building a flexible and cost-effective single lane configuration.

High quality mounting, good opearting rate and less frequent maintenance are realized.

  • Equipped with auto diagnosis of nozzle/feeder and self-recovery functions. These maintain a good condition and continuous high-quality production.
  • Easy filter replacement and batch nozzle exchange , also no spare head is needed.
  • Lightening the part below the spring attached to the nozzle in order to lighten the impact load force on ultra-small components during mounting.
  • Tranfer with laser sensor system reduces mechanical impact to the PCB
  • Applying vacuum pump provides low air consumption.It helps keep running costs low

  • Ideal production line can be configured by using both the ultra-high speed YSM40R and high-speed multi-function YSM20R/WR for PCBs containing a mix of massive quantities of chips and tray components.
  • High-speed production for PCBs with a mix of chips and ICs can be realized by mounting chips with the YSM40R and by mounting mid to large size components with the YSM20R/WR.

  • Realize a 1-line configuration for both the top (lane 1) and bottom (lane 2) surface mounting
